This prestigious event, which saw 700 students participate from 23 districts of Punjab, brought together talented athletes from across the state to celebrate sportsmanship, inclusion and determination. The event was held from 13 -15 December, 2024.

Team GREEN Innovators Secure Spot in WRO Regional Championship 2025!

We are proud to announce the participation of our students Prabhjot Singh, Anmolpreet Singh, and Ajay Kumar Sahu in the World Robot Olympiad (WRO) Gurugram's online Future Innovators Championship, held in November 2024.
Competing as "Team GREEN Innovators," they developed 'GREENbot', an autonomous cleaning robot. Designed for large spaces like malls and office buildings, GREENbot uses sensors and advanced algorithms to detect and clean dust, spills, and debris, adapting to its environment.
This experience has prepared them for the upcoming offline World Robot Olympiad India Season 2025 Regional Championship events, scheduled across various cities from July to September 2025.

Nikhil Shines at State Level Powerlifting Tournament 2024

We are thrilled to announce the outstanding participation of our students in the State Level Powerlifting Tournament 2024, organized by Khedan Watan Punjab Diyan & School Games Federation of India (SGFI). This prestigious event saw 23 teams from various districts across Punjab compete for top honors.
The tournament spanned two periods: October 18-22, 2024 for U-17, U-19, and U-21 Boys, organized by Khedan Watan Punjab Diyan at Shahid Bhagat Singh Stadium, Bhatinda, and November 26-29 2024 under the organization of the School Games Federation of India (SGFI).
Our school was proudly represented by Nikhil (Grade X), Nikhil Yadav (Grade XI) and Armandeep Singh (Grade XII). Their dedication and hard work were truly commendable.
A huge round of applause goes to Nikhil (Grade X), who clinched the First Position and was awarded a Gold Medal in the tournament! This remarkable achievement has also earned him a coveted spot in the upcoming National Level Powerlifting Tournament.

Students’ Selection at the Softball State Trials for the National Championship

Student Achievement at IT Utsav 2024

We are proud to announce that our student, Jashandeep Singh of Grade XII, secured the second position in the Web War (Website Designing) competition at IT Utsav 2024. This annual inter school event, hosted by Spring Dale Senior School in Amritsar, was held on 20 November, 2024 and witnessed enthusiastic participation from around 58 students representing 11 schools across the district.
The Web War competition challenged participants to demonstrate their creativity, technical skills, and efficiency in web development.

Aashima Verma Secures Second Position at UNESCO – USO, Biosphere Reserve Champions

Pathseekers is exhilarated to announce that our Grade XI student, Aashima Verma, achieved Second Position Nationally in the 'Biosphere Reserve Champions' competition. This prestigious event, a collaboration between The United Schools Organisation of India (USO) and UNESCO, aimed to foster student involvement in protecting and managing Earth's biosphere reserves.
The competition started with over 4,000 students from 53 schools across 19 states in Phase I, which included webinars, a clean-up drive, and an awareness campaign. Aashima successfully moved to Phase II, submitting a script and a video documentary. Her outstanding video was among the top 53 national submissions, earning her a spot as one of the top 10 finalists invited to the Grand Finale in Delhi.
At the Grand Finale on November 12, 2024, Aashima presented her video and took part in a Q&A session. Her exceptional presentation and insightful answers secured her the second-place award at the Felicitation Ceremony on November 13, 2024, at UNESCO House, New Delhi. She was awarded a Trophy, Medal, Certificate and a Goody bag.

Regional Success, National Bound! Our Students Excel at CBSE Science Exhibition

We are thrilled to announce the outstanding achievement of our students, Charan Katyal (Grade VIII) and Komalpreet Kaur (Grade VII), who participated in the Regional Level CBSE Science Exhibition 2024-25!
The exhibition, held on November 8th and 9th, 2024 at Nankana Sahib Public School, Guru Nanak Engineering College, Gill Road, Ludhiana, saw the participation of 140 teams. Our talented students presented their innovative project titled "ECO GROW," which focuses on the brilliant utilization of Reverse Osmosis (RO) wastewater as a vital resource for plant growth through hydroponic systems.
We are incredibly proud to share that out of all the participating teams, Charan and Komalpreet's project was among the 14 teams selected to advance to the National Level CBSE Science Exhibition in Delhi, scheduled for December 2024!

Our students participated in the State Level Kala Utsav Competition 2024 organized by Department of School Education & Literacy, Ministry of Education & NCERT.
The competition was held at Punjab School Education Board, Second Floor, Phase – IV, Mohali on 29.10.2024.
Four entries were selected from four zones of Punjab and the students performed in the competition.

Dhruv Katyal, Grade II student participated in Online Rapid Games with chess players all over the world. He has won over 100 Online Rapid Games.
Dhruv Katyal is now a titled Chess Player.
He has been awarded two titles from World Chess Federation i.e. ACM (Arena Candidate Master) and AFM (Arena FIDE Master) in August - September 2024.
Dhruv achieved his first title - Arena Candidate Master (ACM) by winning 50 online rapid games with chess players all over the world with a performance rating of over 1100 and after winning the ACM title, he won another 50 online rapid games with a performance rating of over 1400 and got title of Arena FIDE Master (AFM).
Now, his name will be written along with his title in every chess tournament as AFM Dhruv Katyal.
The International Chess Federation or World Chess Federation, commonly referred to by its French acronym FIDE (Fédération Internationale des Échecs), is an International organization based in Switzerland that connects various National Chess Federations and acts as the governing body of International Chess Competition. The current President of FIDE is Mr. Arkady Dvorkovich from Russia & Deputy President is Mr. Viswanathan Anand from India.

Our students participated in the ‘Inspire Internship Science Camp’ held at Amity University, Mohali.
It is one of the flagship programmes of Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India.
The Inspire Internship Camp was held from 05.08.2024 – 09.08.2024, in which 95 schools of Punjab participated with 221 students and 37 mentors.
The Science Camp organized under INSPIRE was a step to orient and expose the students to creative pursuits of science.
Pragati (Grade XI) & Ruhani Rawal (Grade XII) were amongst the top 1% of CBSE Class X result (Perfect 10 CGPA) & participated in this prestigious camp.
Pragati’s idea on Technopy – Smart Canopy was selected and she secured Third Position in the top ten selected ideas.
This camp helped the students to get a better insight into the world of Science. Over a period of five days, students interacted with eminent scientists and professors of various universities who introduced new & informative topics of science like Nanoscience, Astronomy, Plant Molecular Biology, Virology, Forensics, Number Theory and many more and explained how they are closely related to everyday life.
The main emphasis of the camp was on Research as a career, the facilities provided by government and the grants given at various levels of education. An interactive session on moral values and ethics by Swami Bhitiharananda Ji Maharaj was also organised.
Inspire Awards 2023-24 | Selection at National Level

Charan Katyal (Grade VIII) has been selected for the National Level Competition. He is amongst the six selected students from Punjab State.
He has been awarded a Memento, Certificate, 32 GB pen drive and a School Bag for his project ‘Eco-Grow’, an innovative and valuable solution for efficient plant irrigation using RO waste water.
58 students participated in the competition at the Punjab State Level.

‘The Laburnum Fiesta’ Inter School Literary Competition

Our students participated in ‘The Laburnum Fiesta’ Inter School Literary Competition under the aegis of Sahodaya Schools Complex, Amritsar held at Delhi Public School, Amritsar on 27.07.2024. 64 students from around 16 schools of Amritsar participated in the competition.

The competition was held at Doon International School, Verka Bypass, Amritsar.
Dhruv Katyal scored First Position (U-11) Boys and was awarded a Cash Prize of Rs. 1,500/- and a trophy & Aadit Mahajan (special needs students) was awarded a Consolation Medal in the Chess Tournament.
67 students from different schools of Amritsar & Jalandhar participated in the (U-11) Boys category and Dhruv Katyal got 5.5 points out of 6 matches in (U-11) Boys Category.
'VANDANA' - National Level Inter-School Classical Singing & Classical Dance Competition

Our students participated in the 4th Edition of 'VANDANA'- National Level Inter-School Classical Singing & Classical Dance Competition organized by Heritage Foundation of Art and Culture, Bengaluru from 10.07.2024 – 23.08.2024.
The competition was held online and students from 150 schools across 41 cities participated in the competition along with a few international entries as well.
Our students scored top positions in the competition:
• In category - Sub Junior (Grade I – III) in Classical Singing - Hindustani Vocal : Gazal Chhabra, Grade III student scored First Position.
• In category - Junior (Grade IV – VI) in Classical Dance - Kathak : Ruhani Sharma, Grade IV student scored Sixth Position.

Selection for State Level Competition – Inspire Awards

Our students participated in the 'Innovation in Science Pursuit for Inspired Research' (INSPIRE) scheme, which is one of the flagship programmes of Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India.
Around 300 students from four districts of Punjab i.e. Amritsar, Gurdaspur, Pathankot, Tarn Taran participated in the competition. The competition was held on 04.07.2024 at Meritorious School, Amritsar.
Charan Katyal (Grade VIII) is amongst the three selected students from Amritsar District who shall participate at Punjab State Level. He prepared a project on Ecogrow – Use of RO waste water for plantation.

Our 71 students participated in the Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC) of Senior Division / Wing & Junior Division / Wing held from 14.05.2024 to 23.05.2024 at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Maseetan, District Kapurthala. 352 Cadets from 15 Institutions participated in the camp.
Our students won First & Second position in Football & Volleyball and were awarded 25 Gold & 10 Silver Medals.

i. Anshul Kumar, Grade XII student was declared Best Cadet (Senior Division) and was awarded a trophy. He also won Gold Medal in Football, Participation Medal in Guard of Honour & Cultural Programme.
ii. Lilika Jhalli, Grade XII student was declared Best Cadet (Senior Wing) and was awarded a trophy. She also won Participation Medal in Guard of Honour & Cultural Programme.

Selection in Young Scientist Programme | YUVIKA - ISRO

Our students participated in "Young Scientist Programme" "YUva VIgyani KAryakram", YUVIKA.
Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) organized a special programme for school children called "Young Scientist Programme" "YUva VIgyani KAryakram", YUVIKA, to impart basic knowledge on Space Technology, Space Science and Space Applications to the younger students.
The programme aimed at creating awareness about the emerging trends in Science and Technology amongst the youngsters, who are the future building blocks of our nation.
Samiksha Grewal, Grade X student was shortlisted in the top 350 students for the ‘Young Scientist Programme’, YUVIKA at National Level.
She attended the YUVIKA - 2024 residential programme of two weeks at Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (IIRS), Dehradun from May 12-25, 2024 and the schedule included invited talks, experience sharing by eminent scientists, experimental demonstration, facility and lab visits, exclusive sessions for discussions with experts, practical and feedback sessions.

On the occasion of Earth Day on 22 April, 2024, our students participated in the Educational Earth Day Celebration – ‘Best out of Plastic Waste’ & ‘Street Play’ organized by Pushpa Gujral Science City, Kapurthala.
Students from around 15 schools of Punjab participated in the competition.
Our students submission in the competition is shared below:
- Best out of Plastic Waste: Two students of Grade XI exhibited their ingenuity and dedication to environmental conservation by participating in the "Best out of Plastic Waste" competition. Students reused plastic waste into functional furniture using eco-bricks. Eco-bricks were made by stuffing used plastic bottles with non-biodegradable waste. Students constructed furniture pieces including chairs and tables, using these eco-bricks as the building blocks.
- Street Play: A team of ten students (Middle – Senior Secondary Sections) performed a Street Play on the dual theme of planet conservation and plastic pollution. The performance emphasized the importance of reducing plastic usage and adopting eco-friendly alternatives.
Our students won First Position in ‘Best out of Plastic Waste’ and Second Position in ‘Street Play’.

Students from India, Indonesia, Maldives, Singapore, Hong Kong & Bangladesh participated in the Football Tournament under the (16-21 years) age category. The tournament was held at Bashundhara Kings Sports Arena Stadium, Bashundhara, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Few key achievements are mentioned below:
- Team India - Girls scored third position. Ankita, Grade XII student was the Captain of the Girls Team.
- Team India - Boys Team scored fifth position.
Result - Special Olympics South Asia 7-a-side Unified Football Tournament 2024 organized by Special Olympics Asia Pacific (SOAP)

Result | Earth Day National Painting Competition

Our students participated in the Earth Day National Painting Competition organized by United Schools Organization of India.
6626 students from 77 schools from 25 states and union territories participated in the competition.
The competition was held online and was open to the students of Grades I - XII.
Suhana Rajput, Grade X student won Second Position in the Senior Category (Grades X – XII) under the topic "Beyond Plastic" at the National Level.
Our four students from Primary – Senior Secondary Sections have been awarded the ‘Best School Entry Award’ in their respective categories.
